By using our Site or App, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.  

 

HOW WE COLLECT  INFORMATION:  
 
Agent Registration: 
Agents are registered exclusively by our super admin through an offline or website-based process. During this process, the super admin collects and verifies required details such as government-issued IDs and addresses to ensure compliance with security and data protection standards. The mobile application does not offer an option for agent registration, but agents can update the details from app. 

Customer Registration:  

Customers can register directly through the mobile application by providing personal and optional information as outlined. Additionally, the super admin can also register customers online. 

 

INFORMATION WE COLLECT: 

Account Information (For App and Website) 

  • Personal Identification Information: Includes your name, email, phone number, and, for agents, a government-issued ID. 
  • Address Details: Such as city, state, postal code, and full address.
  • Device Information: Details like device name, operating system, unique device identifiers, and browser type. 
  • Registration and Profile Information: During account registration or profile updates on our Site or App, we collect the following: 

Mandatory Information: 

  • For all users: Name, email, phone number, area, address, and password. 
  • For agents only:  Government-issued ID and type of work (e.g., full-time or part-time). 

Optional Information: Personal photo and nearest branch information to enhance personalization within the app. 

Referral Code (Optional): Users can register using a referral code from an existing user. While referral points currently cannot be redeemed, they are accumulated in your account. Future updates will enable redemption, and the applicable conditions will be shared at that time. 

 

Device Information (For Website and App)  

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device. This information is used to improve our services, optimize the user experience, and detect potential fraud or security risks.  

Website: We collect the following information through the website:  

  • Web browser type  
  • IP address  
  • Time zone  
  • Pages viewed  
  • Websites referred from  
  • Search terms  
  • Interactions with the Site  
  • Cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, and pixels are used on the website for tracking and improving user experience.  

App: We do not collect your IP address or use cookies in the App. 
 
When you log into the App, we collect the following device-specific information for the sole purpose of ensuring app functionality and providing a secure login experience:  

  • Device ID  
  • Device name  
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token  

Note: The device ID and device name are used for fraud prevention and account management. The FCM token is sent to Firebase, a third-party service, to facilitate the delivery of push notifications. These identifiers are not used for tracking or marketing purposes and are not shared with other third parties. The FCM token is shared only when you give the permission to send notification, otherwise the app will not send it to the Firebase. 

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION 

We use the information we collect to:  

  • Provide and manage your account and services  
  • Process payments for purchases made via the App or Site  
  • Send transactional or promotional notifications (using Firebase Cloud Messaging)  
  • Improve the performance and functionality of the Site and App  

 

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION 

 We store and process your data securely on our own servers to ensure the functionality of our website and mobile applications. We have implemented industry-standard methods to securely transmit data, although it is important to note that no transmission over the internet can be 100% secure. 

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share your personal information when necessary to fulfill orders, provide specific services, or enable app functionality. This includes: 

  • Agents:  Authorized agents registered through our website have access to certain customer      information within the app. This access is strictly for enabling the app’s functionality and providing services to customers. 
  • Firebase: For sending push notifications. 
  • PhonePe Sdk(App): To securely process payments within our mobile application. 

Additionally, we may share your information to comply with applicable laws or regulations or when necessary to protect our rights. 

 

PAYMENTS  

 
Our app and website use the PhonePe SDK for processing payments securely. When you make a payment, we store certain transaction details, such as the transaction ID, amount, date, and other necessary information required to identify and store your transaction. This data is used solely for order processing and account management purposes.  

Please note that all other aspects of the payment process, including payment handling, processing, and storage, are managed by PhonePe. We do not store your payment card details or any sensitive financial information.

Permissions  

 Our app may request Notification and Location permissions. These permissions are optional: 

  • Notification permission is requested when the app is opened. 
  • Location permission is requested only when necessary. 

Notification Permission 

Purpose: 
This permission allows us to send you notifications about important updates, reminders, and relevant information related to app usage. 

Usage: 

  • If you opt-in, we use this permission to send push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). 
  • Notifications may include app updates, offers, or other important messages. 
  • You can enable or disable notifications anytime through your device settings. 
  • Opting out of notifications will not affect your access to other app features. 

Location Permission 

Purpose: 
This permission enables us to help you find the nearest store to your location. 

Usage: 

  • We only use your location to identify nearby stores. 

If you deny this permission, your location will not be collected in any way. 

DATA RETENTION AND DELETION  

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise required by law. You may delete your information directly from the website or mobile application if you choose to terminate your usage of our services.
